TGC.co (formerly TechGirls Canada) is a Canadian non-profit that gives women and gender-diverse individuals (women+) everything they need to succeed in STEM & business.
Until now, women+ have not been taught how to work around the “unspoken rules” they must follow in order to successfully navigate organizational culture & dynamics.
TGC aims to close this gap by giving women+ the knowledge, network, and tools they need to get promoted, earn more money, and become powerful leaders who can create change from within.
